About the Role

This manager-level position is responsible for a segment within a given practice focused on a specific industry, service line, technology center, specialty area, or region. The role oversees the three main pillars of a practice: people management, portfolio/delivery management, and sales enablement. The position carries profit and loss responsibility or financial/expense management of the practice.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for operational and financial metrics and overall business results of the practice.
  • Responsible for maintaining practice direction, ensuring quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer referenceability.
  • Ensures operational policies are followed and business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements.
  • Develops plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieve the business plan.
  • Accountable for managing and growing a revenue stream and customer base.
  • Typically manages individual contributors and may serve as an advisor for moderately complex engagements.

Qualifications

Certain U.S.-based or U.S. customer/client-facing roles may require compliance with applicable requirements, such as immunization, occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing.

Pay

Hiring range in USD: $116,500 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, as well as reflect differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on these factors and internal peer equity.
