Consulting Practice Administrator
About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized and Consulting Practice Administrator to play a critical role in supporting bankruptcy, receivership, restructuring, and insolvency engagements. In this position, you'll partner with consultants, principals, attorneys, trustees, and financial professionals to help navigate complex business transitions and deliver exceptional client service.
This is far more than a traditional administrative role. You'll be a trusted coordinator, financial administrator, document management expert, and problem-solver who helps keep critical engagements moving forward. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving new problems every day. While certain responsibilities are recurring and require consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail, no two weeks look exactly alike. Successful candidates are naturally curious, resourceful, and energized by learning new things. They are comfortable handling routine administrative and financial tasks but become especially engaged when presented with unfamiliar situations, special projects, or complex client matters that require investigation, critical thinking, and coordination. The right person enjoys variety, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and takes pride in bringing order and structure to fast-moving environments.
