Consulting Manager

About the role

As a Consulting Manager, you will lead and enable a team of highly experienced Business Architects and Business Consultants. You will drive the development, adoption, and thought leadership for clients, teams, and partners around implementation methodology and the use of Design Thinking within the ANZ Consulting team.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of a highly competent team of Business Architects and Consultants across Australia and New Zealand.
• Offer technical leadership on the effective use of Pega products, architecture, design, and methodologies.
• Guide customers through design concepts as they apply to their own environments.
• Provide thought leadership and tangible influence both internally and externally regarding Pega’s rapid delivery models, agile, and particularly Design Thinking.
• Drive adoption and facilitate purposeful activities, including workshops for clients using Design Thinking for digital transformation.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods in consulting engagements.
• Deliver projects using rapid delivery methods and Design Thinking approaches.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Business Architect, Consultant, and Design Thinking practitioner.
• Experience in developing, mentoring, and coaching consulting teams in design processes, approaches, principles, and frameworks.
• A self-driven, iterative, and creative problem solver who energizes those around you to achieve business outcomes.
• Proven experience as a people manager, skilled in building, reshaping, and upskilling teams through a transparent and goal-driven culture.

Pay

Base salary range for this role is 137,700 - 213,700 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions.
