Guide clients in adopting digital solutions such as transportation management platforms and advanced analytics so that planning, routing, and execution decisions become more accurate and timely.
Collaborate with cross-functional client stakeholders in operations, finance, procurement, and technology to align initiatives to strategic objectives and secure sponsorship for change.
Develop clear business cases that quantify financial impact, customer service improvement, and sustainability benefits to support client investment decisions and portfolio governance.
Mentor consulting teams in delivery excellence by setting expectations, reviewing work products, and coaching on Transportation and Logistics domain nuances to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Coordinate hybrid work practices across on-site and remote settings to maintain strong client engagement, transparent communication, and predictable project delivery without frequent travel.

Skills
- Extensive experience of at least twenty years in consulting or equivalent strategic roles with significant focus on Transportation and Logistics domain environments
- Deep knowledge of transportation planning, fleet operations, carrier management, and freight optimization gained through long-term engagement in logistics-intensive organizations
- Proven ability to manage complex consulting programs with multiple stakeholders while maintaining scope, budget, and timeline in a hybrid work model without heavy travel requirements
- Strong skills in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and performance measurement to translate logistics data into insights that directly support executive decision-making
- Familiarity with transportation management systems, order management tools, and related supply chain technologies to guide clients through solution selection and process harmonization
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling capabilities to present complex Transportation and Logistics concepts in clear and actionable terms for diverse business audiences
