Consulting Development Program Analyst
Role and Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive development program focused on ERP systems, business processes, and client consulting.
- Learn how to support organizations in implementing accounting and business management technologies that drive operational success.
- Partner with experienced Application Consultants on client projects, gaining practical consulting and project experience.
- Assist with software implementation, configuration, testing, training, and client support activities.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, support data analysis, streamline consulting activities, and deliver innovative solutions for clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients by communicating proactively and professionally throughout engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and successful project outcomes.
- Develop the knowledge and skills necessary to transition into a permanent Application Consultant role.
Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Interest in technology, business systems, consulting, and process improvement.
- Exposure to or knowledge of ERP Systems is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated achievement in academics, work experience, leadership roles, internships, or extracurricular activities.
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
