About the role
The Deloitte Enterprise Performance team works across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. We are seeking a US Consultant, Functional Transformation to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Functional area lead responsible for design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Procure to Pay functional areas
- Demonstrates software features to clients, documents requirements and design decisions
- Provides knowledge transfer to the client team
- Configures the software
- Supports testing and rollout
- Responsible for functional support team members as required
- Manages and prioritizes multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Maintains meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Builds and sustains professional relationships
- Leads projects or workstreams
- Meets deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Active Workday Financials Certification
- 2+ years of experience leading design, configuration, testing, and delivery of Workday Procure to Pay functional areas
- 2+ years of experience in Workday Financials Accounting, including understanding of Workday Accounting concepts (accounting/posting files, banking/ACH, suppliers/spend)
- Experience working on triage, issue resolution, and incident management
- Client-facing operational and functional support
- Able to travel 30-50% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Qualifications

Pay
The wage range for this role is $78,800 to $155,100. An award, if any, depends on individual and organizational performance.
Schedule
You may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
