About the role
Tiffany & Co. is seeking a passionate Architectural Designer/Project Manager for a 6-month opportunity with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop architectural designs, including 3D renderings and sketches.
- Aid in the creation of design intent sets for proposals.
- Coordinate with consultants during construction.
- Conduct research on materials.
- Provide administrative and team support.
- Communicate during design review meetings.
- Create conceptual 3D renderings of store designs.
- Follow up with consultants on Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Set up meeting agendas with guidance from Project Architects.
- Order samples as needed.
- Perform additional administrative tasks such as file management, document management, and timesheet record keeping.
- Mentor more junior level architecture team members.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- 3-5 years minimum architectural experience.
- Expert level proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
- Proficiency in hand sketching.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator.
Pay
The target hourly rate for this position is $45 per hour.
