About the role
To deliver sales support services through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative sales support against standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for all customer enquiries, service level agreements, and ensure delivery according to set standards (Contract Administration).
- Handle all customer interactions professionally and efficiently (Customer Service).
- Drive the end-to-end process of application approvals and contracts as per take-up (Facilitation of Deal Process).
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required).
