Job Summary
To lead the team of RAs in the resource center and be responsible for completion of high quality HTA related research.
Deliverables
- Independently conduct and manage completion of literature and systematic reviews as required
- Develop complete protocols for each review
- Execute the search strategies
- Complete the data synthesis from the selected articles as per protocol
- Complete the literature and systematic review reports in consultation with the PI and Co-PIs
- Ensure completion of costing studies as required in the project
- Independently conduct and manage completion of economic evaluations as required in the project
- Complete economic evaluation protocols
- Develop models for economic evaluation
- Finalise tools of data collection
- Execute and run models for economic evaluation
- Complete data analysis for economic evaluations
- Finalise research reports in consultation with all team members, PI and Co-PIs
- Contribute to any other HTA related research as may be assigned to the Centre
- Undertake data collection and supervise data collection sites
- Develop manuscripts/policy briefs based on the research and prepare for publication
- Prepare and deliver presentations of the study in conferences/meetings as necessary
- Contribute to the training programmes of the Centre
- Develop training agenda
- Develop adequate communication material for engaging with potential trainees
- Ensure successful execution of trainings
- Contribute to teaching/training activities as necessary
- Contribute to academic administration activities at IIPH Delhi as necessary
- Liaise with ICMR, DHR and other Government agencies for the purpose of the project
- Ensure compliance of reporting guidelines with ICMR/DHR
- Coordinate with other staff members including the finance team at PHFI to ensure compliance, reporting and other administrative issues
- Write proposals, explore collaborations and contribute in expanding the scope of the Resource Centre
- Any other activities as delegated by the PI/Co-PI
Qualification
- Essential: Masters level qualification in Public Health or a related discipline
- Capability of preparing and running decision analysis modelling
- Desirable: Doctoral qualification in related discipline
- Academic qualification in Health Technology Assessment/Economic evaluations
- Essential: Minimum 4 years’ experience in conducting HTA related research
- Desirable: Experience in working with decision analysis software
