Location: Remote (Hybrid option available in New Jersey) Contract Length: 12 MonthsAbout the Opportunity: Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical organisation focused on advancing innovative therapies for patients with significant unmet medical needs. This role offers the opportunity to support drug discovery and development programs within a collaborative, science-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Include: Study monitoring: Assists with the management of contract laboratories with regards to the execution of nonclinical studies for Discovery and Development compounds. Manage study scheduling and timelines, shipment of study materials, archiving internal study records, and reporting and associated activities Coordinate the implementation of vendor contracts (MSAs, Quality Agreements, CDAs, Financial Agreements) Procure and track the transfer of reference materials at contract analytical laboratories Review incoming study results for accuracy in study execution, data collection, and data analysis. Provide scientific input on study design, review, and interpret study results, and communicate key findings. Prepare and maintain QC documentation, including protocols, reports and test methods. Audit external Nonclinical CROs including analytical laboratories Manage study timelines to meet the broader project needs Perform QC of regulatory documents (IND, CTA, briefing book, NDA, etc) Qualifications: 3-5 years of industrial DMPK experience in the pharmaceutical industry, either in Pharma, Biotechnology, or a Nonclinical CRO supporting drug discovery and development programs. Demonstrated expertise in in vitro and/or in vivo study support necessary, and experience outsourcing studies desired. Technical expertise in preclinical PK, MetID, and/or drug-drug interactions highly desirable. Excellent organisational and communication skills required. Education: Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or the Pharmaceutical Sciences (Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacology, Toxicology, or related science).
