We’re building this future in a place where talented people can grow, feel supported, and enjoy the journey.
About the role
Our U.S. team is growing, and consultant relations is at the center of that growth. Benefits consultants and brokers are the trusted advisors employers turn to when choosing wellbeing solutions, and this role exists to ensure they know Nutrium Care, trust it, and recommend it to their clients. As a Consultant Relations Manager, you’ll join our established U.S. team, reporting directly to our COO. You’ll collaborate with our sales and channel teams to open doors, build relationships, and expand our footprint in the U.S. benefits market. This is a role for someone early in their consultant relations or benefits career who wants real ownership fast. You’ll have room to learn, experiment, and shape how Nutrium engages with consultants across the country, including travel to industry conferences and events.
