Consultant Relations Director

For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Consultant Relations Director to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation.

About the role

You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Document activities in the CRM such as appointments and sales opportunities
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s DCLI options for various audiences
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through targeted outreach
• Manage relationships with Advisor/Consultant and Recordkeeper Home Offices nationwide
• Build and maintain firm profiles for targeted relationships
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback on product improvements

Requirements

• Four-year college degree in business administration, marketing, investments, finance, mathematics or related field
• Minimum 10 years experience in sales, marketing, consulting or related role in defined benefit and/or defined contribution markets
• Life and Health license required
• Proficiency in Salesforce for activity tracking and reporting
• Strong analytical, communication, and consultative selling skills

Pay

$135,000 – $150,000 annually
