Job Responsibilities
- Support the Investor Relations team with presentation creation, data analyses, meeting preparation, relationship management, and investor targeting efforts.
- Aid in the coordination of the firm’s quarterly earnings process, including preparation of external communications related to financial results.
- Prepare for review meetings with business leaders and senior management to inform the quarterly earnings process and synthesize into external messaging.
- Formulate and strengthen strategic messages to current/prospective shareholders with effective presentation material.
- Track the investor base and monitor the effectiveness of investor targeting efforts.
- Track Street estimates, valuation methodology, and sentiment on the firm.
- Liaison with other teams to cultivate insights on the business for external messaging.
- Drive competitive intelligence efforts across the sector.
- Ensure information on public and private websites is updated and accurate.
- Aid with other ad-hoc requests as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Public Company Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Equity Research, or FP&A preferred.
Compensation
Pay Rate: $90 – $150/hr, DOE
