You will help clients design modern organizations, manage culture change during transformations, and build talent capabilities that enable strategy execution. You will act as a critical bridge between strategic design and human implementation. What You'll Do Support organizational design projects, analyzing current roles, structures, and capabilities against strategy. Develop and implement change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans for transformations. Design and facilitate workshops on leadership alignment, team effectiveness, and culture change. Conduct capability gap assessments and design training / learning program frameworks. Create high-quality client deliverables, translating organizational theory into practical business tools. What You'll Bring 3–5 years of experience in organizational consulting, HR advisory, or a corporate change management role. Strong understanding of organizational design principles, change management frameworks, and HR best practices. Proven experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; high emotional intelligence. Strong project management capability and attention to detail. Nice to Have Experience in post-merger integration or digital transformation organizational changes. Certifications in Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change management methodologies.
