Job Summary
SmithRx is seeking a Consultant Partnerships Manager to support the sales and RFPs teams on pharmacy consultant relations. Key responsibilities include nurturing relationships, driving opportunity growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams, facilitating meetings, conducting value presentations, and assisting with RFP responses.
What you will do
- Nurture SmithRx relationships with key contacts in the pharmacy consulting community
- Drive opportunity growth through the pharmacy consultant channel
- Effectively collaborate with members of cross-functional teams: Sales, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Partnerships, Strategy, Analytics, Product and Marketing
- Facilitate meetings with pharmacy consultants to understand our differentiators and drive excitement about our value proposition
- Provide ongoing follow-up on RFP submissions to consultants
- Conduct ongoing value presentations on consultant book of business performance
- Develop and maintain intra-company relationships consistent with our values
- Assist with responses to pharmacy consultant sourced RFPs
What you will bring to SmithRx
- 3-5+ years PBM/Health Plan experience working with consultants/brokers
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience interacting with consultants through the RFP process
- Experience in PBM pricing/underwriting
- Experience in a high growth, fast changing environment
- Ability to quickly understand complex internal processes and needs
- Excellent poise and presentation skills, strong writing skills
- Experience leveraging technology and tools
- Adept at social selling and networking
