About the role
The Consultant, Marketing Science Analytics will work closely with the Customer Engagement Team to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing campaigns
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to optimize marketing performance metrics
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing science, data analysis, or a similar field
- Strong proficiency in statistical software such as R, Python, or SAS
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
