Consultant, Marketing Advisory
About the role
The Consultant role on Sia's Marketing Advisory team blends marketing strategy support with hands-on program management for client marketing teams. Our clients span a range of industries, with a strong concentration of enterprise level tech and innovation companies. As a Consultant, you will support clients with marketing strategy planning while also keeping the operational side of engagements, timelines, meetings, and deliverables, running smoothly. AI fluency is central to this role, as Sia's marketing advisory work is built around helping clients adopt and get real value from AI tools inside their marketing function.

Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, marketing, marketing operations, or a related client service environment
- B.S./B.A. degree from a 4 year accredited college or university in any discipline
- Any AI certifications and/or experience contributing to AI driven projects or outcomes preferred
- Demonstrated ability to gather research, synthesize findings, and communicate clear, actionable conclusions
- Experience or strong aptitude for building polished presentations and client ready materials
- Comfort supporting or managing timelines, meeting logistics, and cross functional coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong business writing competency
- Ambitious, assertive, and self directed Consultant, with the ability to work independently while staying easy to manage
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required
Additional Information
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $93,000–$116,000 Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by applicable law.
