About the role

Responsibilities

  • Total Solution Selling (Reagents, Digital, and Hardware): Formulates and executes a detailed Territory Plan to achieve annual sales objectives in collaboration with Health System Account Managers (HSAMs) and Regional Sales Directors (RSDs). • Cross-Functional Leadership: Drives collaboration with a cross-functional team, including HSAMs, Support, Marketing, Corporate Accounts, and Consulting teams. Demonstrates "Lateral Leadership" to align internal stakeholders and win high-value contracts.
  • Strategic Positioning: Presents the Sysmex "Lab-of-the-Future" Specialty vision, emphasizing how the hemostasis portfolio integrates with specialty testing, automation, and digital solutions.

  • Administrative Excellence: Maintains rigorous Customer Relationship Management (CRM) discipline to ensure up-to-date account information and uses data-driven tactics to advance opportunities. Utilizes independent decision-making and analytical techniques to drive Territory growth while fostering collaboration among diverse groups. Administers proper and responsible use of company assets and operates within company guidelines.
  • Stays up-to-date on market trends and competitive intelligence to adapt sales strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  • Maintains a high-impact field presence averaging 4 days per week to advance opportunities and drive client relationships.
  • Other duties as assigned.
