We're looking for a Consultant - FP&A & EPM Solutions to join our growing Business Solutions consulting practice. This role is ideal for an early-career finance professional who wants to expand beyond traditional FP&A and gain hands-on experience implementing industry-leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions for clients across a variety of industries. You'll work alongside experienced consultants and solution architects, helping organizations transform their planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics processes through modern technology and best practices. This is a remote position located in the continental US. What You'll Do As part of our EPM consulting team, you will help clients improve financial performance by leveraging technology, data, and business insights. Learn and become proficient in the Board EPM platformSupport the design, configuration, and implementation of EPM solutionsAssist with solution architecture, planning, and requirements gathering activitiesPartner with senior consultants on client engagements, workshops, and proof-of-concept initiativesBuild and maintain financial models, planning applications, and reporting solutionsSupport project planning, coordination, and delivery activitiesCreate training materials, user documentation, and process documentationAnalyze business requirements and translate them into practical system solutionsCollaborate with clients to improve budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processesParticipate in ongoing learning and certification programs What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 2-4 years of professional experience in:Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Financial modeling and business analysisStrong Excel skills, including:Financial modelingPivot tablesData analysis and reportingUnderstanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and planning processesKnowledge of data structures and multidimensional data conceptsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related fieldStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a consulting teamStrong client-facing professionalism and communication skillsCuriosity, adaptability, and a desire to continuously learn new technologies and business concepts Preferred Qualifications Experience in a consulting or advisory environmentExposure to EPM/CPM platforms such as:BoardOneStreamAnaplanWorkday Adaptive PlanningOracle EPMProphixExperience supporting budgeting, planning, forecasting, or financial transformation initiativesExposure to data visualization and business intelligence tools What Will Make You Stand Out Previous consulting experienceHands-on EPM implementation experiencePower BI or Tableau experienceExperience supporting finance transformation or digital transformation projectsProfessional certifications related to finance, accounting, analytics, or EPM platformsAdvanced financial modeling expertise If you're excited about combining finance, data, technology, and consulting to help organizations solve complex business challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
