About the Role
The Intermediate Consultant - Experience Design supports system-wide patient experience initiatives within a healthcare organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans
- Create project frameworks
- Conduct research and benchmarking
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to enhance experience capabilities
- Support customer experience strategies
- Develop project plans
- Leverage Voice of the Customer insights
- Lead efforts to embed experience best practices across care points

Qualifications
