About the role
We are looking for a consultant to join our Digitalization of Customer Engagement team and support life sciences clients in transforming how they engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of digital customer engagement strategies for life sciences clients
- Analyze customer journeys, engagement models, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to omnichannel transformation initiatives, including CRM optimization, content operations, and marketing technology implementations
- Prepare client-ready deliverables such as presentations, analysis summaries, process documentation, and implementation plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, and external partners
- Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
- Support system deployment activities such as testing coordination, user enablement, and change management
- Stay informed about industry trends, digital engagement innovations, and evolving regulatory considerations in life sciences
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, customer engagement, omnichannel marketing, medical affairs, or a related field within Healthcare, Pharma, or MedTech
- Solid understanding of customer engagement models and digital touchpoints across HCP, patient, and stakeholder journeys
- Exposure to MarTech platforms such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or content management solutions in a life-science context
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and translate business needs into actionable insights
- Understanding of customer journey mapping/ HCP persona identification is a plus
- Experience working in project-based environments with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in life sciences is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Fluent in English
