Roles & Responsibilities
Customer engagement insight consultants are responsible for gathering, synthesizing and analyzing insights related to key customers to shape engagement approaches and strategies. Key responsibilities include conducting innovative primary qualitative, quantitative research and data analysis to capture deep customer insights.
Requirements
- Passionate about transforming Healthcare customer engagement
- Strong analytical thinkers, with deep subject matter expertise in customer insight generation related to engagement strategy in Life Sciences
- Thought leaders with a strong service orientation capable of directly engaging clients and driving projects forward
- Strong executers capable of managing programs independently
Relevant Prior Experiences
- Established independent consulting practice
- Proven experience in a Researcher or Insights specialist an agency, consulting firm or Life Sciences company
- Track record of designing and directing insights programs related to customer engagement
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise surrounding digital and multi-channel engagement in Health
- Strong client consultation skills with ability to guide a strategic discussion
- Analytical thinker with strong organizational skills
- Solid academic credentials; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required
