Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead with strong expertise in Tungsten TotalAgility (Kofax TotalAgility), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, Document Classification, Data Extraction, and Workflow Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for document processing and workflow automation solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA).
• Configure document classification, extraction groups, validation rules, and workflow processes.
• Develop and customize forms, queues, work types, job configurations, and business rules.
• Implement OCR-based data capture solutions for structured and unstructured documents.
• Perform installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of TTA environments.
• Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT support, defect resolution, and performance tuning.
• Prepare design documents, test plans, deployment guides, and technical documentation.
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery methodology and participate in sprint planning and review activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end automation solutions.
