About the role

Infinitive is seeking a Consultant, Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our Transformation practice. In this role, you will serve as a key contributing team member bridging client needs with delivery excellence. You will bring analytical rigor and structured project thinking to complex engagements, partnering closely with clients and internal teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery & Execution

    • Embrace assigned roles and responsibilities across client projects with enthusiasm, working to meet and exceed expectations
    • Complete tasks as directed by project leadership, contributing to team delivery requirements
    • Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks
    • Work alongside Infinitive and client teams to deliver components meeting or exceeding quality standards
    • Identify problems clearly, articulate issues, and raise outlines of potential solutions to leadership
  • Business Analysis

    • Leverage data to understand the scope of client challenges, develop insights, and draft solutions alongside project leadership
    • Understand project deliverables, goals, and underlying rationale in order to provide meaningful analytical support
    • Proactively identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement, working with the team to address them
    • Keep a keen ear open for client needs, pain points, and aspirations, surfacing findings to leadership
  • Client & Stakeholder Management

    • Support maintenance of client relationships, responding in a timely, professional, and helpful manner to build trusted partnerships
    • Understand the importance of discretion and develop communication skills that distinguish internal vs. external topics
    • Demonstrate a high-level understanding of Infinitive and client offerings and market positioning
    • Maintain flexibility in the face of change and growth opportunities, taking initiative to try new approaches
  • Sales & Organizational Contribution

    • Support sales activities, contributing ideas and providing as-needed assistance as schedule allows
    • Communicate Infinitive's role, capabilities, and offerings to clients and prospects
    • Actively participate in Infinitive cultural events, career development initiatives, and recruiting efforts
    • Connect with fellow team members to learn about roles and skillsets, seeking collaboration opportunities
    • Strive to maintain at least 90% billability in support of Infinitive's organizational strategy

Competencies & Skills

  • Project Management & Agile

    • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tooling
    • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and ways of working
    • Ability to support project planning, milestone tracking, and delivery coordination
  • Business Analysis & Data

    • Ability to leverage data to understand client challenges, create insights, and develop draft solutions
    • Familiarity with Databricks offerings and Analyst-level certification (preferred)
    • Familiarity with AI concepts and tooling as applied to business problem-solving
  • Cloud & Technology

    • Familiarity with one or more public cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
    • Understanding of Infinitive's service offerings and how technology enables client transformation
  • Interpersonal & Consulting Skills

    • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal team members and client stakeholders
    • Actively working to develop a broad set of consulting skills across a variety of subject matter areas
    • Demonstrates professionalism, curiosity, and a growth mindset in every engagement

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with a business or technology focus preferred
  • 0-2 years of equivalent professional experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management
  • Experience in a client-facing or cross-functional team environment is a plus

Pay

Infinitive is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $65,000.00 - $124,00.00.
