About the role
You'll work side by side with senior operators on the most complex challenges our clients face—and spend your time on the thinking, because the production work that fills a first-year's week elsewhere doesn't fill yours.
- Solve high-stakes client problems from first principles; hypothesis-led, evidence-backed
- Own analysis end to end: build it, pressure-test it, stand behind it in front of clients
- Craft the models, work plans, and board materials client leaders act on
- Earn a seat in client rooms years earlier than the industry standard
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years in consulting, banking, or an operating role; or a degree and work you can show
- Structured problem solving: framing ambiguous questions, building hypotheses, testing them against evidence
- Fluency with numbers; financial modeling and data analysis you've done yourself, not reviewed
- Clear plain writing, and the ability to build materials an executive acts on
- The instinct to question an answer rather than accept it
- Care for clients—their problem becomes yours
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or another quantitative field
Benefits
Every offer is a complete package—fixed and variable compensation, equity participation, and competitive benefits—discussed openly, early in the process.
This role is remote within the United States; authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
