Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve operational file processing issues.
- Analyze large data sets to identify data quality issues.
- Engage with data and business teams to correct data issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and clinical teams to resolve complex issues.
Clinical Knowledge
- Have in-depth knowledge of clinical data entities (Lab, RX, Procedures, Problems, Observations).
- Knowledge of canonical code systems (ICD, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC, CVX, NDC/RXNorm).
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience working with clinical data.
- Strong knowledge of clinical data concepts and use cases.
- Knowledge of HEDIS measures.
- Experience with production support in healthcare IT environments.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical documentation.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
- Proven expertise in healthcare data quality assessment and validation methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Python scripting experience.
- Snowflake and MS SQL query development.
- Knowledge of HL7 data formats (CCDA, FHIR).
