Qualifications

• Ability to travel 50% of the time (Monday - Thursday/Friday).
• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years professional experience
• Pre-requisite: must have completed Deloitte Hire Our Heroes Fellowship program
• Preferred: An advanced degree in the area of specialization
• Experience with Process Mining, Modelling & Optimization
• Operational Transformation experience in one of the following sectors including Health Care & Life Sciences, Digital Banking & Payments, Investment & Wealth Management, Insurance, Telecom, Media and Energy & Resources
• OpenText Vendor Invoice Management for SAP and/or OpenText Extended ECM for SAP
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
