We need to create sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (the bullet list under guidance), Requirements/Qualifications (maybe combine), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (if schedule info present: "Available to work 9-10 hours during peak construction season." Also maybe travel? Travel could be schedule? Not exactly schedule; but schedule could be hours. We'll include schedule section if we have schedule info. Also maybe "Paid Weekly" is pay frequency. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay range. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

    Pay

Salary is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience. Paid Weekly. Bonus! Earn an additional $2000 your first year. New crew members receive an additional $500 bonus every quarter during their first year of employment with Morton Buildings (subject to applicable withholding taxes).

But we already mentioned bonuses in About the role and Benefits; we might duplicate. To avoid duplication, we could keep pay section just salary and pay frequency, and mention bonuses in Benefits or About. However, the instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the bonus info somewhere. We already have it in About the role and Benefits (quarterly retention bonus). The $2000 first year bonus is not mentioned elsewhere; we should include it somewhere. Could be in Pay section. We also have "Paid Weekly" in About the role; we could keep it there and not repeat in Pay. But we need Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state salary range and pay frequency. So we can have Pay section with salary and pay frequency. The bonus info could be in Benefits (quarterly retention bonus) and maybe also mention the $2000 first year bonus in Benefits? It's a bonus, could be considered benefit. But Benefits section already includes "$500 quarterly retention bonus for the first year of employment". The $2000 first year bonus is separate; we could add it as another bullet under Benefits: "$2000 bonus for first year". However the posting says "Bonus! Earn an additional $2000 your first year." That's a bonus. So we can add that to Benefits. Thus Benefits section bullets: $500 quarterly retention bonus for the first year of employment; $2000 bonus for first year; Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP); etc. We need to avoid duplication: we already mentioned the quarterly bonus in About the role; but it's okay to have it also in Benefits as it's substantive. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; duplication is not prohibited but we should avoid unnecessary duplication? It didn't forbid duplication, but we should aim to not repeat same info unnecessarily. However, it's okay to have it in both sections if it's relevant to both. But better to keep it only in Benefits and maybe not repeat in About the role. However About the role already had that info; we could keep it there but it's okay. Let's keep About the role brief without the bonus details, moving them to Benefits. But we need to preserve all info; we can keep the bonus details in Benefits and not repeat in About the role. However About the role currently includes the bonus lines; we could remove them from About the role to avoid duplication. But we must ensure we didn't lose any substantive info; we moved them to Benefits, so still present. Thus About the role: just intro about company, looking to expand, leader, years, plants, etc. No bonus. Let's rewrite About the role:

Morton Buildings is looking to expand our construction crews and employee owners! Morton Buildings, Inc. is the industry leader in post-frame construction. We have been in business for over 120 years and have more than 10 manufacturing, fabrication, and shipping plants servicing over 100 construction centers nationwide. Per year, across America, thousands of new buildings sport the familiar Morton M.

That's all. Now Benefits section includes: - $500 quarterly retention bonus for the first year of employment - $2000 bonus for first year - Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) - Excellent medical/dental/prescription/vision coverage - Life Insurance - Training bonus - Safety
