Construction Technician/Remodeler

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Technician with a heavy emphasis on drywall. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the trades and be capable of independently completing work to professional standards. A skills test will be required. This is NOT an entry‑level position; only highly experienced tradespeople will be considered, and no training will be provided. This is a hands‑on working role, not a supervisor or apprentice position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the trades
• Ability to pass a skills test

Requirements

• Must have and maintain own tools for drywall, painting, finish carpentry, plumbing, and insulation work
• Reliable transportation for carrying tools and materials to job sites
• Ability to lift 80 lbs
• Must pass and maintain a satisfactory background check
• Insurable driving record
