Construction Technician

About the role

Responsible for performing various construction tasks under the supervision of a supervisor. Duties include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of construction documents.
• Operate various construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety protocols.
• Perform quality control inspections on construction projects.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous construction experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions. Must be able to read and understand blueprints and construction plans.

Skills

• Proficient in using construction tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$18.50 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
