About the role
VeroTouch is a venture-backed construction technology company focusing on integrating advanced manufacturing, robotics, and traditional building expertise to improve the residential construction industry. The Construction Team Technician role involves hands-on, field-based tasks such as site labor and maintenance, material handling, trade and equipment support, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Execute general construction labor tasks efficiently as directed, including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling and movement.
- Operate a variety of heavy construction equipment, execute routine maintenance procedures, and perform basic diagnostics while adhering to strict safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout all phases of the project to support operational efficiency and compliance.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment across job sites in support of daily production needs.
- Maintain accurate records of material usage and assist with inventory tracking.
- Aid skilled trades—such as carpenters, operators, and concrete workers—as directed by lead technicians and supervisors.
- Operate hand tools and power tools in a safe and effective manner.
- Support installation, repair, and maintenance of construction components as assigned.
- Collaborate effectively with the construction team, operations staff, and on-site crews to consistently achieve daily production goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in construction, industrial labor, or a related technical field.
- Proven hands-on experience operating construction tools and equipment in active job site environments.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions with precision and execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated comfort and competence in working with tools, machinery, and technical equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to receive and provide clear, concise direction.
- Genuine interest in construction technology, innovative building methods, and emerging industry advancements.

Schedule
