About the role
Responsible for conducting construction surveys to ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed site surveys to gather data on land features, structures, and utilities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey records and reports.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project accuracy.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction surveying.
- Knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques.
- Proficient in using GIS software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other surveying software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
