About the role
Join a dynamic team committed to excellence in construction surveying. We are seeking a skilled Construction Surveyor to join our project management team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant data.
- Measure and record dimensions using various surveying equipment.
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on collected data.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate project specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction surveying.
- Knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment.
- Proficient in using GIS software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or similar drafting software.
- Experience with GPS and total station instruments.
- Understanding of construction materials and methods.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
