Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys to gather data for construction projects
• Measure and record dimensions using various surveying equipment
• Prepare detailed drawings and maps based on collected data
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Communicate with clients and project managers to ensure accuracy and clarity of survey data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction surveying
• Knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Proficiency in GPS/GIS software
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar drafting software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
