About the Role
Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) II supporting secure facility construction and security operations. On-site role with some travel, working primarily in Dayton, OH, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of construction materials
- Monitor and document the building of secure spaces
- Manage security personnel
- Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Draft incident reports
- Identify threats and vulnerabilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members
- Ensure compliance with security standards
- Support construction security efforts
- Document construction processes
- Communicate security assessments
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of related experience
- Knowledge of ICD 705 and SAP security requirements
- Experience with Sensitive Access Programs
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications that can substitute experience
- Must complete required security and safety training within 30 days of hire
- Must undergo identity verification and biometric screening as part of the hiring process
