About the role

The Construction Superintendent at Naval Hospital Pensacola oversees all construction projects ensuring adherence to safety protocols, budget constraints, and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction projects ensuring adherence to safety protocols, budget constraints, and project timelines.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality work.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other hospital staff to ensure project compliance and successful completion.
• Ensure all work adheres to Navy standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management software such as Procore or similar tools.
