Responsibilities

• Identifying lead times, potential challenges, and safety considerations
• Ensuring compliance with jobsite protocols and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction with a general contractor
• A keen eye for quality
• Stellar safety record
• Hospitality, high density multi-family unit, or commercial project background

Pay

The salary range for this position, depending on experience, is $93,500 to $165,000.
