About the role
Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent for Large Projects to join our team in Capitol Heights, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate between estimating, purchasing, installation, and the customer
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Attend on-site progress meeting as lead representative for Long Fence
- Dispatch installation crews
- Site visits and inspections
- Track project schedule and progress across multiple projects
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial construction industry experience
- Construction software and computer skill experience
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug test (including marijuana; medical marijuana cards are not acceptable as a federal contractor)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must maintain a clean driving record
Schedule
Full‑time, in‑office Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
Pay
The compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year.
