Construction Superintendent

About the role

Responsible for performing building envelope repair tasks including but not limited to roof repairs, siding installations, and window replacements. Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Performing detailed inspections of buildings to identify areas needing repair
• Assisting in the preparation of materials and tools needed for repairs
• Installing new siding, windows, and other building components as necessary
• Ensuring all work adheres to safety protocols and industry standards
• Communicating with clients and supervisors to discuss project progress and needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in construction or similar field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
