Construction Superintendent

About the role

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for successfully leading assigned residential and commercial projects related to the company's construction division.

We are searching for an individual within the Greater Harrisburg area to support our ongoing and future projects.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License
• 10+ years of combined trade-related commercial and/or residential construction experience is required
• Absolutely must have previous on-site supervisory experience, overseeing direct reports and subcontractors
• Must have Ability to run projects between $15-25 million independently
• Must have Safety Oriented – OSHA Certification is required
• Must be Proficient in technology and programs including, but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe, or other construction software
• Must be Able to complete time sheets and other company documentation via mobile device
• Must possess Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
