Responsibilities

• Deliver complex projects without delays
• Delight the customer
• Implement and maintain full control of all field matters
• Enforce safety, adherence to schedule and maintain quality expectations on site

Requirements

• 5 to 20+ years of experience in the industry
• Track record for delivering complex projects without delays
• Proven ability to implement and maintain full control of all field matters
• Strong commitment to promoting safety including certifications comparable to OSHA 30
• Ability to be a leader and a mentor as part of diverse team
• Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of construction principles
• Experience with scheduling methodologies and software
• Experience managing financial impacts on site
• Ability to interpret and implement technical specifications, blueprints, technical manuals, product/material installation instructions and engineering/architectural drawings

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in construction management, construction technology, an engineering discipline or engineering technology
