About the role

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex projects on time and exceed customer expectations
• Implement and maintain full control over all field matters
• Enforce safety protocols and adhere to project schedules and quality standards
• Lead and mentor diverse teams, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Interpret and apply technical specifications, blueprints, and other relevant documents
• Manage financial aspects of the project site
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Practice innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5 to 20+ years of industry experience
• Proven ability to manage field operations efficiently
• Strong commitment to safety, including OSHA 30 certification
• Knowledge of construction principles and a drive to advance professionally
• Bachelor of Science in construction management, construction technology, engineering, or engineering technology, or equivalent experience

• Leadership and mentoring abilities
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Practical experience with scheduling methodologies and software
• Experience managing financial impacts on site
• Ability to interpret and implement technical specifications and drawings
