Job Summary
National ENR Top 25 General Contractor seeks a field supervisor for various commercial projects in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver complex projects with minimal delays and focus on customer satisfaction
- Implement and maintain full control of all field matters
- Maintain safety and quality standards on-site
Requirements
- 3-10 years of industry experience
- Track record of successful project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management
- Basic knowledge of construction principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to read and understand technical documents
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Construction Technology background
- Business principles knowledge sufficient for project cost projection and monitoring
- Basic understanding of construction principles
- Ambition to advance in career
Pay
The base salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including role, level, education, experience, training, skills, and abilities, location, and market and business considerations. Individual pay is determined through interviews and assessments of these factors.
