Construction Superintendent

Whiting-Turner, a National ENR Top 25 General Contractor, seeks a field supervisor for various commercial projects. Ideal candidates have 5 to 20+ years of experience, a strong safety record, leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain full control of all field matters
- Enforce safety, adherence to schedule, and quality expectations on site
- Manage financial impacts on site
- Interpret and implement technical specifications, blueprints, and drawings
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Lead and mentor diverse teams
Requirements
- Strong commitment to safety, including OSHA 30 certification
- Proven ability to lead and resolve conflicts
- Bachelor of Science in construction management, construction technology, engineering, or engineering technology
Preferred Skills
- Experience with scheduling methodologies and software
- Ability to manage financial impacts on site
- Knowledge of construction principles and ambition to advance
- Practitioner of innovation and continuous improvement
Pay
The base salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including role, level, education, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Individual pay is determined through interviews and assessments of these factors.
