Job Summary
National ENR Top 25 General Contractor seeks a field supervisor for various commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Deliver complex projects with minimal delays and focus on customer satisfaction
- Implement and maintain full control of all field matters
- Maintain safety and quality standards on site
Requirements
- 3-20+ years of industry experience
- Track record of successful project delivery
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management
- Basic knowledge of construction principles
- Ability to read and understand technical documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Construction Technology background
- Business principles knowledge sufficient for projecting and monitoring expenses
- Basic knowledge of construction principles
- Ambition to advance professionally
Pay
The base salary range for this position is dependent on a variety of factors including role, level, education, experience, training, skills, abilities, location, and market and business considerations. Individual pay is determined through interviews and assessments of these factors.
