Requirements

• 5 to 20+ years of industry experience
• Proven ability to manage field matters
• Strong commitment to safety with OSHA 30 certification
• Leadership and mentoring skills
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of construction principles and ambition to advance
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Practitioner of innovation and continuous improvement
• Experience with scheduling methodologies and software
• Experience managing financial impacts on site
• Ability to interpret and implement technical specifications, blueprints, manuals, and drawings

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in construction management, construction technology, engineering, or engineering technology
