Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, architects, and other project partners
- Plan construction processes and establish project goals and deadlines
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and overall progress
- Supervise construction staff and provide guidance and feedback
- Coordinate inspections and construction permits
- Ensure quality, health, and safety standards are followed on-site
- Order equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed
- Track materials, inventory, and orders
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues and emergencies
- Provide regular updates on project progress
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar construction leadership role
- Strong understanding of construction operations and processes
- Knowledge of local construction safety, health, and quality requirements
- Familiarity with CAD software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead teams and work effectively with contractors and project partners
- Currently located in or willing to relocate to the Cheyenne, WY area
