We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Benefits, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications, Skills), maybe Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must include only sections with real content. Let's parse the posting: - Benefits: "Benefits Health insurancePaid time offTraining & developmentBonus based on performanceCompany car". So we have health insurance, paid time off, training & development, bonus based on performance, company car. So we can create Benefits section with list. - Responsibilities: list under "Primary Responsibilities" with subheadings: Customer Communication, Construction Management, Subcontractor/Resource Provider Management, Cost Control and Schedule Adherence, Customer Satisfaction. Each has bullet points. - Necessary Experience and Skill Set: list of required experience/skills: "2 -4 years previous construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience", "Superb customer service track record", "Effective written and oral communication", "Advanced math skills", "Proficient use of Xactimate™ estimating software", "Critical thinking and problem-solving skills", "Team Player", "Must have good driving record". Could be Requirements or Qualifications. - Formal Education/Training: "college education preferred, not required". Could be under Qualifications. - Physical and Work Environment Requirements: list: "Walking and/or standing throughout the day.", "Frequent driving and sitting.", "Occasionally climbing ladders.", "The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat.", "The noise level in the work environment and jobsites can be loud." Could be under Requirements or maybe separate "Physical Requirements". But we can combine into Requirements. - Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, And Travel Requirements: schedule details: "This is a full-time position, working 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, 45 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours, working on-call, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected." So we can create Schedule section. - Pay Rate: "Pay Rate Starts at $50,000 - $55,000 based on experience, with possibility of bonus pay and increases based on merit." Also later "Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year". So we can create Pay section. - There's also some boilerplate like EOE etc. Remove. - Also there is some narrative about mission etc. Could be included in About the role? The posting includes introductory paragraph: "Do you love helping people through difficult situations? Then, don’t miss your chance to join our Franchise as a new Construction Superintendent. In this position, you will be making a difference each and every day. We have a sincere drive toward the goal of helping make fire and water damage “Like it never even happened”! Our Franchise is seeking someone who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, and is a serious multi-tasker. If you are self-motivated and have superb interpersonal skills, then you’ll thrive in this work environment. Are you highly dependable and super-excited about routinely exceeding expectations? Then you may be our perfect hero! As a valued SERVPRO® Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with opportunity to learn and grow." This is like About the role / overview. Could be placed under a section "About the role". The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we will not have a heading for "Construction Superintendent". Good. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all bullet points exactly as given (maybe rephrase slightly but preserve meaning). Must not add filler. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

About the role

Do you love helping people through difficult situations? Then, don’t miss your chance to join our Franchise as a new Construction Superintendent. In this position, you will be making a difference each and every day. We have a sincere drive toward the goal of helping make fire and water damage “Like it never even happened”! Benefits

  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Training & development
  • Bonus based on performance
  • Company car

Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication: Conduct pre-construction meeting with customer. Provide project update (daily narrative) to customers and clients.
  • Construction Management: Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers. Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work. Document all project activities in the job book. Execute change orders.
  • Subcontractor/Resource Provider Management: Set expectations on a project-by-project basis. Maintain quality standards through site inspections. Provide evaluation and rating of all vendors and subcontractors. Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions.
  • Cost Control and Schedule Adherence: Ensure material suppliers deliver exactly what was purchased. Ensure subcontractors complete all work in accordance with their purchase orders. Validate schedule and progress. Identify areas outside of contracted scope of work.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Compile and resolve punch list items. Perform final walk-through with customer. Secure a signed Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customer.
We could also separate subheadings but instruction says use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can embed the subheadings inside li as strong. Now Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: We have "Necessary Experience and Skill Set", "Formal Education/Training", "Physical and Work Environment Requirements". Could combine into a single Requirements section with sublists? But we need to preserve all detail. Could create separate sections: Requirements (experience/skills), Qualifications (education), Physical Requirements. However instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine experience, skills, education, physical into one "Requirements" section with multiple
lists? But we need to keep headings for subcategories? Not required; we can just list all items in one
. However we might lose grouping but still preserve all info. The instruction: "Use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". So we can have a single list for requirements. Let's compile all items: - 2 -4 years previous construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience - Superb customer service track record - Effective written and oral communication - Advanced math skills - Proficient use of Xactimate™ estimating software - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Team Player - Must have good driving record - College education preferred, not required - Walking and/or standing throughout the day. - Frequent driving and sitting. - Occasionally climbing ladders. - The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat. - The noise level in the work environment and jobsites can be loud. We should keep the exact phrasing. For "2 -4 years" maybe it's "2-4 years". We'll keep as given. Now Schedule section: - This is a full-time position, working 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, 45 hours per week. - This position frequently requires long hours, working on-call, and weekend work. - Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected. Pay section: - Pay Rate Starts at $50,000 - $55,000 based on experience, with possibility of bonus pay and increases based on merit. - Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year We could combine into one sentence but preserve both. Might be redundant but we keep both. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate like EOE etc. Now produce final HTML. Check for any duplicated lines: The posting had "Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential..." etc. That's more narrative; could be included in About the role? Already we have a paragraph; we could add more after that: "Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential. At SERVPRO®, you can make a positive difference in people’s lives each and every day! We’re seeking self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and service-oriented teammates to join us in our mission of helping customers in their greatest moments of need by repairing and restoring homes and businesses with an industry-leading level of service. With nearly 2,000 franchises all over the country, finding exciting and rewarding SERVPRO® career opportunities near you is easy! We look forward to hearing from you." This is also substantive and not boilerplate. Should we include? It's part of the posting after the pay etc. It's not boilerplate; it's motivational. We should preserve all substantive information. So we can add another paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate section "About the company"? But we only have headings list; we could add another paragraph under About the role. Thus About the role section will have two paragraphs: first the initial motivational paragraph, second the later paragraph about picture yourself etc. Let's extract that text: "Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential. We look forward to hearing from you." We'll keep that as a paragraph. Now ensure we didn't include any cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The lines "SERVPRO of Hardin/ LaRue Counties is an EOE M/F/D/V employer Each SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated. Revised 07/20 Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential.... All employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise. SERVPRO® Franchise employees are not employed by, jointly employed by, agents of, or under the supervision or control of Servpro Franchisor, LLC, in any manner whatsoever." The latter part about employment is boilerplate/franchise disclaimer; might be considered legal/EEO? It's a disclaimer about franchise independence. Might be considered boilerplate; but it's substantive? It's a statement about employment relationship. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is a legal disclaimer about franchise independence; could be considered legal boilerplate. Safer to remove it. Also the line "S
