About the role
Responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from planning to completion
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Manage team of subcontractors and vendors
- Communicate directly with clients to address concerns and provide updates
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and codes
Skills
- Project management software proficiency (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

Schedule
