Construction Superintendent

About the role

The Construction Superintendent oversees all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality work is delivered.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve design issues and project scope changes.
• Monitor project budgets and progress, making adjustments as necessary to stay within budget constraints.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management software such as Procore or PlanGrid.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

$X per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
